An Authentic Apology – Making Amends and Clearing the Field for Happy Healthy Relationships

This process has to do with really listening to the complaint that your partner or the person you offended has with you.  Sometimes (or a lot of times) we have behaved in ways that were hurtful either to our spouses, ex spouses, our children, or others and have put them into awkward no-win situations. You want to manifest a new life?… Get Excited!

I have noticed a common theme amongst myself and my clients…it’s called excitement (or lack thereof)! When coaching clients I typically have them pick two areas of their lives where they would love to make the most change.  Some common desires are; they want a new relationship, better body, financial freedom or new career. They know intellectually what they want and they can visualize it, articulate it but can’t feel it.
